News! I've been working on a collaboration with my pal Danielle (maker of excellent necklaces and manipulator of thread) and today we get to do something exciting: show you a bit of what we've been working on! Falconwright (a hybrid of both of our last names: Falconer & Wright) is a line of small screen printed leather items: clutches, change purses, and a few other things still in the works (hairbands, etc). Danielle and I will both have some things with us at upcoming craft shows where Deadweight and Caboto will be tabelling, and an online shop will soon follow. This is a really fun jumping off point for us, and perhaps you'll see us making larger pieces in the future? Please pop over to our blog to check out more pics and information!

OMG SANDI! I really love these! My eyes still can't believe you can transfer patterns so intricate onto leather like this! Congratulations you two! I can't wait to see this grow!
I expected great things and these are even GREATER!
Can't wait to own at least one!
Celine: Thanks! It turns out that screen printing on leather is pretty much the same as printing on paper. Fun times!
Tallulah: Aw, thanks!
ooh! i was hoping for this unveiling! like tallulah i had high hopes and you've exceeded them. they're BEAUTIFUL!
and belated thank you for your tutorial last week. i wonder if you've done any large scale repeating patterns with your set up?
What beauties! Congratulations!
Amy: Thank you! Right now my max print size is pretty much 12X18, but I do hope to get a bigger screen one day soon for larger pattern printing! The size of the room definitely limits the production though.
Jaime: Thank you! Glad you like :)

Mandy: Thanks!
