Kitchen Adventure #56872 = ginger syrup via Eat Make Read. Add soda water and a ton of ice for some home style ginger ale (though apparently real ginger ale involves fermentation). It's sweet, but it's also got a nice little bit of that ginger bite. I'm no mixologist, but this would probably be pretty great with some gin and lime . . .
